OnePlus Nord CE 5G - 5G Not Working Jul 26, 2021

    Bought Oneplus Nord CE 5G with great expectation from OP due to their past experience but this time they failed to live upto their standards. It really feel bad when it happens with your trusted brand.
    I bought this phone in India and trying to use it in Saudi Arabia but 5G is NOT working
    Can somebody please help..!!

    Your Mobile provider needs to support the bands available on the phone. If they do use those bands, then they need to provision your phone on their network.

    Contact your Mobile provider support and see what they can do for you.

    Thanks for your reply.
    All my other phones are supported by default.
    My query was I do NOT have an option of enabling 5G in sim &network--preferred network type
    OP support has informed that 5G for my region would be enabled by August last week

    Did OnePlus launch the Nord CE in Saudi Arabia? Check if the bands supported by your Nord CE are supported by your carrier.
