There's no denying that Canada have already made a huge impression on the upcoming 2011 UK Music Video Awards, with an astounding 12 nominations announced, including Best Director. 

After releasing a series of truly great videos, like 'Ice Cream' for Battles, 'White Nights' for Oh Land and 'Invisible Light' for Scissor Sisters, that should come as no surprise. The awards haven't even started yet, and it's already looking like one amazing year.
